There is severe pain in chest area when i bend down. It only occurs when I'm bending down. It does not occur when I'm standing. Can anyone please advise what exactly is this pain.

My mother has been facing severe leg pains in both the legs, usually during the nights which is not making her to sleep. She also feels weakness and takes a lot of stress upon her. She has identified problems like thyroid, cervical spondylitis and bone loss at the back identified in mri. She also has back pain. Kindly suggest reasons for her being restless and not able to sleep.
