Rt sided facial numbness
28/12-GP for chronic cough,temp,high BP&HR, prescribed azithromycin 250mgs BD&10mgs Prednisolone OD. no improvement. 31/12-coughing up blood,weakness,temp&HR normal, BP up, SOB and headaches, went to ED, bloods and CXR normal, changed to augmentin 625mgs TDS for 7 days (now day 5), presnisolone increased to 40mgs OD-now day 5, and PRN salbutamol inhaler (used once last pm) today-right sided numbness and tingling mainly in face, head & hand,nauseated,weak, is this side effect of steroid?

Any history of high blood pressure and diabetes. You need to see a neurologist without delay. It could be early mini stroke.you need a scan of head done too.
