I'm very dizzy and nauseous. I've been dizzy the last few days but never like this or this long. I can't leave bed.

Hello.. Well I would suggest you to meet a physician as we need to examine you...Common causes can be dehydration or less intake of food...Hope you under that without examining it's difficult to suggest you medicines..So please meet a doctor in person... Thank you
