I have taken fully body test which includes TSH test also which is 23.29 Last year my TSH was 12.95. I was taking 25mcg thyronorm. Please advise how to bring TSH normal Thank you

Taken test TSH result 3.5 and I have been on Thyronorm tablets 75MCG. Before taking this, my TSH level was 9.3. Having palpitation now and then with heart beat sometimes racing. Kindly advice what to do. Thank you

My BP 130/80,PULSE 72. I am taking NexovasO every day. Rasuvastatin 10 FBS 94,PP 116,HBA1C 6.1, SGOT 39.51 CREATININE 1.08 (0.8-1.1)BUN 7.47 but BUN /CREATININE RATIO 6.92, NOMAL RANG AS PER LAB(9.1-23.1),Did I need any medication for sugar and kidney. I have IBS and fatty liver. Kindly advise me whether I need any sugar medication or kidney medicine.
