Frequent blood sugar tests
Iam non diabetic but iam addicted to test Sugar test frequently that is once in every two days due to anxiety. My RBS is always Near 100 at evening after consume breakfast,Tea ,coffee and afternoon meals.
How often check my sugars in my situation
Pls suggest.

If not diabetic don't do on regular basis
Once in 15 days is ok
Check fbs pp hba1c once from lab and consult
