Diabetes type 2
The Bigomet 250mg tablets were prescribed when my fasting blood sugar was 110 and post lunch blood sugar was 188
But now I am taking Bigomet 250mg before breakfast and before dinner .simple breakfast of 2 chapatis with some vegetable or ketchup, for lunch 2 chapatis ,small quantity of rice with dal,good quantity of vegetables which has some potato ,curd about 150 ml/a full cup quantity ,in the morning and in after noon 1/3 cup of tea with standard quantity of sugar. For constipation I take 15-20 black Dryfruit (grapes) and presently at bedtime 1.5 spoon of "softaovac "(Lupin make).
Some 15-25 minute indoor walking ,even after all these things my fasting blood sugar is on an average 123-130 and post lunch blood sugar is 220-230 .Three month blood sugar average about 2.5 month 8.3
Now I want to know what
should be the doses or power of Bigomet .
Now days due to Covid 19 ,our 75 year old family doctor is not available, therefore please help to determine about Bigomet

My Thyroid test report (date wise) hereunder
Current as on 13-Sep-20 : T3 – 1.12, T4 – 9.70, TSH – 0.219;
As on 6-Mar-20 : TSH – 3.41, T4 – 8.98, CBC (HB – 13.9, TLC – 13,300), ESR – 35;
As on 12-Aug-19: TSH – 1.69, ALK-Phosphatase-86.6, Haemoglobin – 13.2;
As on 19-Apr-19: Anti TPO-327.8 IU/mL, TSH – 9.30 ulU/mL, T4- 6.00 ug/dl, T3- 95.00 ng/dl;
Currently Thyronorm 50 MCG tablet running since 3 months; Before that, 37.5 MCG tablet was taking from 19th Apr’19 to 15th June'20
Kindly suggest how much MG tablet will be taken as on date.

Thyroid TSH 10.1
I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 weeks before as I was having irregular periods issue so doctor asked to get Thyroid test done
TSH 10.1
Earlier doctor advised to take Eltroxin 25 mcg daily empty stomach
But as my spotting issue is still not resolved after taking above medicine for 10 days ,Now I consulted another doctor she advised to increase the dose to 50 mcg
Please advise Is taking 2 tablets of Eltroxin 25 mcg is equivalent to 1 tablet of Eltroxin 50 mcg
Or do I need to buy another bottle of Eltroxin 50 mcg .

Feel very low at noon time
Dear sir/ma'am
I found my sugar level F- 159 and pp- 259 on July 2020 Since then as per Doctor prescribe I taking diabetic medicines Vildamac M50/500 (2 time) & Gluconorm G1(1time) in the morning before the breakfast from last two months. Now my sugar level is normal and continuous taking the medicine as per Doctor suggest me. But these days I feel very low at noon time and unenerzitic. I am unable to meet my doctor right now due to contentment zone. Please help.
