Recently my LDL is below normal range. I am suffering from panic attacks due to pandemic situation. Often suffering from loose motion. BP is in 130/80,Pulse 72. Should I need any medication for sugar and kidney?

Hello Doctor, I am a diabetic, diagnosed on Feb2020- As of now, my blood sugar is around Fasting is 100-118 and after meal is 144 to 171, since last one week. After March 2020, due to COVID19-I have not visit the doctor. So far everything is ok so just want to check do I have to do something or continue with existing medicine. Am I missing something to care of. Thank you!

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 yrs ago tsh was 4.45 and dr gave me levothyroxine sodium 50 mcg for 10 days and stop medication but then my tsh went 10 and put me on 75 mcg and I was taking and used to see dr and I have infertility as well and my ivf dr changed my dose as few months bck to 100 again as tsh was 3.25 and then my tsh went to 0.8 endocrinologist told me to stop medication but after stopping medication my tsh is now 8 and endo dr told me to take .25 mcg but my ivf dr said it is less and advice to increase to 50 mcg what should I do my weigh is 67 kg and I lost 2 kg with diet and exercise but gained back and hieght is 157 cm plz tell me abt what dose should I be taking and why I am not loosing weight Despite taking all measures.

My mother in law is 57, and she is also a high BP patient. Is it safe for her to do complete fasting without food and water for 24 hrs, since she is also skipping her BP medicines for the day ?

How feasible is it to have RF or laser ablation if a thyroid nodule is toxic ? If one opts for Radioactive Iodine instead, can the doctor ensure that only the nodule is destroyed and the thyroid function remains largely intact ? I don't want to ever consider thyroidectomy

I feel sleepy and more tired all the day while working,i feels that iam not getting enough sleep my body wants more sleep and can able to digest something very fastly and and there is a weight gain so after all research in google i think i am going through hypothyroidism so pls help me and suggest me proper guidance
