Respected sir /madam, My self Hinchh lal TIWARI, Male-58 yrs, weight -111kg. My disease is BP and sugar .. I am taking daily Tab Amlovas AT, and Tab Ameto Gp1 .. But now my sugar level today increase fasting 154 and PP 321 now.. But previous sugar level before 2 month ago fasting 105 and pp 182 under the control. So plz advise me what to do about medicine because medicine is stock at our home for next 3 months. Pls advise me sir what to do for future...

Hi Doctor In January 2020, child's TSH was 300 +, no symptoms were seen except slow height growth. After continues medication of thynorm started from 25 mcg to 75 mcg in 8 months his TSH is in normal range 5.90 now. My concern is that his alkaline phosphorus is elevated to 450 + since 69-341 is normal range of path report. Also he always feels constipated,we start papaya and an apple a day, so now he passes stool 3-4 times a day from past 2 weeks. Thank you

How much steroid can effect on blood sugar. I am taking (60mg Omnacortil) from 10 days? My (32 year old) fasting HB1AC is now at 8.3 , I was never diabtic. Also is smokers  averge HB1Ac is higher than non smokers ?? Is this medication can induced diabtese in me there is no family history of diabtese??

These two medicine I am taking for a long time, say for more than last 2 years. I do walk daily minimum 2/3 km. in the morning. But Blood sugar (pp) level remains above 200 since last 7/8 months. The Hb1c is above 7. The sleeping disorder is there. Blood pressure is nornal. Now please advise me whether I need to change the medicine for diabatise.

My blood test during evening is 91 from glucometer. Is it normal. I have no symptoms just did a random test.

Hello Dr, I am taking thyronorm 50 mg from quite some time and I was just doing evening cycling daily for an hour ... And now I'm thinking of regular cycling in the morning ... These days I wake up at 7 AM with throid med intake and usually consumes breakfast at 9 AM What time should I take thyroid medicine if I start cycling from 6-7:30 am ?? Before cycling or after cycling and what should be the time gap ??

Hi , I am non-diabetic , I suddenly start feeling cold hands, blurred vision and breathlessness with chest tightness. After having food my blood sugar is 85. Lft ,ESR,crp,cbc , thyroid all test are normal

My mother's (53) diabetes is out of control. She often refuses for sugar tests. Today her fasting sugar is 274. Few days ago random sugar was 224. She is taking Glimistar M2 twice. Can you kindly prescribe any other medicine? A medicine containing voglibose didn't suit her in past and she had vertigo everyday she took it. She do morning walks daily. Diet is under control.
