What not to eat if I m thyroid patient
My TSH is very low so what I should avoid eating . And what should I eat more? For weight loss also pls suggest as I am hypothyroid patient

If u r a hypothyroid patient and ur TSH is low u need to consult a doctor. Ur treatment needs to be changed. Diet doesn’t have much role in thyroid
