TSH test got low
Hi i have done some thyroid profile tests my t3 and t4 are OK but my TSH is low as 0.07 my main concern was severe hairfall and delayed menstrual cycle when I consult with doc they told me to do some tests which include thyroid too. My Cbc test is also low hemoglobin - 11.1 g/dl RBC count - 3.72 m/cmm Hematocrit - 32.9 % what should I do? My dermatologist said to talk to endocrinologist that's why I am writing here.

Further investigation are advised , as you haven’t mentioned when was the test taken, recent fever history
