Iam non diabetic, My Sugars are normal That is Hba1c, FBS, RBS but iam addicted to test frequent Sugar tests like weekly 3 Times. I feel very excitement and anxiety about sugars, Pls suggest how to control my anxiety about Sugars and how often to check Sugars in my situation. Regards. Thank you.

Using Shugar medicine since ten years and BP medicine using since 9 years Only one tab each. Under control whether I can discountinue medicine s getting bore. Every time showing results as pre diabetic please suggest

I was having vitamin b12 injection (trineurosol) after every 3 months till feb of 2020 but stopped after that due to the pandemic, so i had missed 2 injection one that that was due in may and one that was due in august. Should i start my injections again? or can i wait till this pandemic has ended? or should i consult the doctor before starting the injection again since i missed 2 does?

What are PP sugar guidelines? Is it 2 hours after the start of the meal or 2 hours after finishing a meal? Also, if we check BG level 1 hour after the meal, what should be the target range? I assume it should be more than 140 since 140 is a range for 2 hours PP. Please clarify as there are several opinions on the internet. Thanks in advance.

My mother has been suffering from thyroid for 15 years . Now she reduced weight from 56 kg to 50 kg. Thyroid test report (T3 - 0.96ng/ml, T4 - 15.47, TSH - 0.01) . One month back thyronorm dose reduced from 100mcg to 75mcg. Please adjust the dose.
