1. Start eating 2/3 rd part if vegetables, followed by 1/3rd part of proteins like dal, channa, egg, fish.... and left 1/3 rd part with starch
2. Having early dinner and early breakfast.. keep night fasting atleast 10 to 12 hours.... and timely balanced food as per above proportions
3. Atleast regular walking for 30 min to 45 min... and 10 minutes regular exercise and weight bearing exercise for 10 minutes
4. All 3 points to be regular and consistently if you followed would be enough
5. and left other things with medications
