All my life I've been a small kid who looks too young for age ,my family members are genetically late bloomers who hit puberty at late age ... So do I .I looked too young for my age until .I started seeing signs of puberty at late 16 and begun my growth spurt at the age 17 at which I was already 5'.2" so I grew around three inches at age 17 to 18 during growth spurt and stood at 5.5" . And then all of a sudden my growth stunned i didn't grow after 18, being a late bloomer and stopping growth only after 2 years of puberty doesn't seems to be right . My  own elder brother who had same pubertal history completed growth at 19 and now standing at 5.10". I am so depressed and insecure of my height and appearance. I'm 20 right now but look like 16. Being late bloomer i guess my growth plates are still open. can I under go growth hormone therapy or do anything about my small stature .

I am attching my latest blood and urine test reports. My blood sugar level is 258 and also there is problem with urine sample. I have been suffering from frequent urinating. I have been using toilet for atlest 20 to 25 times a day. My urine sample has also been found glucose 4+ and alb is also traced. According to my test reports I am diabetic. Pls suggest me the treatment. Now I am taking metformin 500 plus glimipiride 2mg once before lunch. But sugar level is higher than normal. Pls suggest me medication what would required.

This query is for my father, he is diabetes patient and from last few months his weight is reducing very fast. He is now underweight around 51 kg, even following proper veg, high fiber diet, salad, fruits, and no diary product. Not sure what is the reason for weight lose. Please suggest

Me from mumbai age 43 My doctor advised me atorva 10 and metformin 500 mg.
