Blood sugar levels
I tested my blood sugar with the help of accu check kit and fasting without eating or drinking my sugar level was 89 and after 2-3 hours of eating I checked my sugar again and it came to be 95 some days back my fasting sugar was 105 I am confused can someday help me to understand this and those me through this Thanks

Our blood glucose levels changes constantly throughout day and night.. It is never constant.. It also changes with food, Type and quantity of food and even stress.. These minor day to variation is pretty normal so dnt worry as long as your reading are within target... Moreover glucometer checks capillary plasma glucose and lab checks venous glucose so some the difference is obvious..
