Iam 21 year old male. My height is 5.3 (163)cm . Iam listening to height increasing subliminals on YouTube to grow height. Is it possible to grow height using subliminals even after 21+? . I want to add another 3-4 inches to my heigh. Please tell me your suggestions and advices to grow height at 21+. Thank you.

I was suffering from blood sugar but now my blood sugar is maintained.My thyroid is fine too. I did my prolactin test where it was slightly elevated but my testosterone was normal.Is it due to rise in prolactin I am not able to conceive.
