Do fasting need for TSH Test??? Is TSH test sufficient for check for hypothyroidism??? Are T3 nd T4 necessary for this???

Detection of thyroid- November 2019 weight- 71 kg Started medication-thyronorm-25mcg current weight- 61 kg during this period TSH tests were normal always with medication Now maintaining this weight Can I stop the medication??? Plz guide

My mother always has 340-390 blood glucose level 1.5-2 hours after breakfast. She takes insulin before breakfast along with two other diabetes control medicines. Her blood glucose levels down to 165 ,2 hours after lunch. Fasting sugar levels are between 150-160 She takes insulin at night too.

Hello,I had my period on 12 th July 2020 last. Since then not had. So consulted gynac,and did tests. Pls find below attached reports. Also find previous prescription of gynac. Please let me know what to do. Do I need medication for TSH. Am I diagnosed with Hypothyroidism? Or this is like reversible stage. Pls let me know. Dear sir Attached priscription My father age 55 since 2 days he feels weakness or something irritation may I know if sugar is high weakness will happens or not . Yesterday we went hospital doctor advices below tabs . Sugar 381 170/100 bp May I know insullin  inj is required or not pls advice tips and further .. Hypothyroidism detected 6 months ago with TSH level 20 and after using Thyroactiv 25mg for 6 months, today TSH level reduced to 9 (attached report?. Can I increase the dosage to 50mg?

I checked through the active machine the sugar levels were slightly high both pre and post meals....How do u proceed from there...about treatment and medicine to take...what tests are req to be done...
