My 11yrs old daughter tsh value is 4.6,her weight is 55kgs, her body is in pear shape and mainly fat accumulated on tummy. At this age do we meed to start any medication??

Sir/Madam, I am confused about below questions. Please clarify me: 1.  Fasting and PP should check in morning together OR fasting in morning and PP may also check after lunch  also( in rare case)? 2. Which time should consider for PP test : just starting  the meal or end the meal. 3. PP test may done after 1:30/1:45 or exact 2:00 hours?
