Slightly increase of TSH in thyroid repo

Lately I am diagnosed with Lean PCOD. The only problem I am facing is irregular periods. My doctor told me to do TSH and PRL test. PRL is normal. But TSH is not normal. Could you please tell me do I have to eat thyroid medicine for my whole life. Please check the report and tell me what should I do. P.S- Can Swollen Lymph nodes also leads to thyroid problem ?

Fluctuating blood sugar level

Since past 5 months blood sugar level is fluctuating sometimes high and sometimes normal. We are conducting tests on accucheck instant glucometer..These days readings are 115mg/dl (fasting) and 14mg/dl(2 hrs pp).Need suggestions on should we start medications or just focus on routine habits.

Sugar is low

Hi My father's fasting blood sugar value is 70.5 and post prandial is 96.2. Glycosylated hemoglobin 5.8, mean plasma glucose 119.8 Medicine being taken by him - eternex m 1000 (salt metformin 1000 + teniligliptin 20) once a day, since 1.5 yrs. Having sugar since last 30 years. Age 69. He is having BP as well since last 35 years. Medicine taking - tg tor 10, atten d once a day. Please confirm if this is the right medicine for sugar and how to make these values of sugar normal.
