Iam testing my RBS last 4 Days at evening , The result is

2 Day 99
3 Day 94
4 Day 88
They are normal or not?
How often check Sugar that is every one week or every month or etc. iam non diabetic.
Pls suggest.

Testing Random blood sugars
Iam non diabetic , my RBS always near 100 at evening. But iam test sugars frequently, iam addicted to Regular sugar test due to anxiety.

Body Basal temperature is 96F
Body Basal temperature is 96F. It never goes above 96.5F. I took the reading immediately after wake up around 9am. Anytime i check the temperature, its always within the 96F. I am feeling cold. I took the tablets for Vit B12 and Vit D. Still there is no improvement.
What else needs to be ruled out?

My daughter is 14 yrs old. She has a thyroid problem since 4 yrs. As per last month's tsh,t3 and t4 report, result comes to within normal prescribed limit. She takes thyronorm 12.5 one tablet daily and sat & Sunday takes 2 tablet. Will she continue her dosage?if yes then how long?

I'm not diabetic and not on any medication
Recently I tested for FBS. The result was 123. This was after 20 Minutes of walking.
