My father aged 60 is having diabetes for the past 4 years. His sugar levels are high. Also he is having severe pain in shoulder. Wat could be the reason. He's walking nowadays to control sugar. How to reduce his hand and shoulder pain. Pls tell

My father's Age -63 He is Currently using medicines - Gluconorm PG2 (using from last 7 years) and Vilnip-500 (using from 8-10 months). BGR-34 ( used for 2 years) Sugar level before meal - around 200 After meal 360 - 400 His weight is also reducing. Its around 51 kg now. Feel tired after doing normal work. No change in sugar level even after using these medicines regularly. He is Following proper diet as well. His Weight reduced from 58 to 51 this year. Not sure if weight lose is due to use of Vilnip 500 or any other reason.
