Prediabetic
I'm prediabetic. My weight is 78 kgs and height 5 ft. I'm trying to eat healthier for past few weeks and also practicing yoga and exercise at home. I have included more fiber rich food in my diet and stopped consumption of sugar and plain carbs. My normal meals are oats porridge and eggs in breakfast, brown rice and vegetables and fish/chicken in lunch, soup or salad for dinner. I take some kind of citrus fruit for morning snack and veggies for evening snacks. I want proper guidance to reverse my condition and lead a healthier life. Please let me know what I should avoid and what kind of exercise is more effective.

Hi ... Good that you have stream lined diet and life style... to your list... 1. Add vegges in morning breakfast also... proportion should be 1/3 rd protein 2/3 rd veggies, and 1/3 rd starch 2. Oil less than 500 ml per person per month 3.Atleast 10,000 steps every day.. will maintain your current weight.. try to join marathon... running.. if possible.. and be regular and consistency in exercise.. so you can loose some weight... which will helpnin reversal of diabetes
