Afternoon lunch, Orange fruit.
Evening T
The value is 102 .
It is normal or not? What is the target value?
How often check sugars.
Iam not diabetic.
Pls suggest.

High Tsh - normal ft4 and ft3
Hi , I have tsh value around 10-12 and have normal ft4 and ft3 values for the past two months tests . My doctor said i have thyroiditis TPo antibodies are present > 600 . Should I still take thyroxine pills or ignore as ft4 levels are normal in the range .

Frequent blood sugar tests
Iam non diabetic but iam addicted to test Sugar test frequently that is once in every two days due to anxiety. My RBS is always Near 100 at evening after consume breakfast,Tea ,coffee and afternoon meals.
How often check my sugars in my situation
