Sir,I have type 2 diabetes. HB1c-8.5 Taking following medicines GlimpMP1(twice a day) Teneligliptin 20mg(ones a day) from last one month which has lowered my blood sugar upto normal level but facing other side effects... Weight gain(5/7 kg in a month,everyday 400/500 gms gaining) Seveare body pain,all joints and muscular pain,blurred vision,anxiety,upset stomach,burning sensation in urine and frequent urination. Besides these my blood sugar level is now 107 fasting/ 150(post lunch) and 110/120 before dinner. Sir,There are two medicines prescribed to me in the past name Zomelis-50 Doaband-MR 60 The result of these two medicines were very good I feel very good while taking these medicines. But now both of above medicines stoped. Now my doctor advised me TENEZING-M 500(TWICE) SIR,PLEASE let me know if I can include Doaband-MR60.tablet and Zomelis 50 mg tablets? What would be dose? With which medicines? My HBA1c is 8.5 GLIMEPIRIDE -1(TWICE)

Weight  gain  is  due to  GlimpMP Your  other  problems  are the  side effects of  uncontrolled & fluctuating  blood  sugars It  will  take  few  weeks to  subside
Next Steps
Omit  GlimpMP Start  Glimepride, 1mg,Before  breakfast Zomelis-Met,50+500,Afterlunch and After  dinner Check sugars  after  4 days

Sure if u are comfortable with the tablets u can change back. Glimp mp can increase the weight. So what u can do is take zomilus met 50/500 twice daily and monitor sugars and consult.
