Food diet chart for type 2 diabetes
Recently got to know about type 2 diabetes...my age is 30 Professional: WFH work Alcohol: Used to drink frequently every day 3 to 4 beer can Sweets: regular morning mithai (in week 4 to 5 days) tea, coffee, rice Currently on medication: tenisave m 20/500, deshclit 7.5 since 1 week Last week test: RBS - 221, PP - 289, HbA1c - 9.4 Please suggest proper food chart and also need to know how occasionally I can drink wishky(as it contain very low sugar to zero)

You need to stop alcohol, sweets and tuberous vegetables, start walking exercises, increase protein diet and reduce carbohydrates (rice), get FBS (need to control under 90-100mg/dl. Reduce weight if overweight. I suggest stop alcohol completely till reaching targets HbA1c 6.5 to 7% , FBS 100, PPBS 150 around, targeted weight . Regarding food explained, stop sugars sweets, stop alcohol completely, take protein diet, vegetables
