My mother didn't go for TSH level test since January due to corona . And she is taking 37.5mcg tablet. And she experienced some weight loss and sore throat since March on and off. Should we go for 25 mcg or thyroid profile test.

Hello doc, I am checking ky regular sugar levels. My fasting sugar level is 110. And 2 hours breakfast ,my sugar level as 129. Is this normal ,as i assume fasting should be below 100.please suggest

Was advised to reduce medicine from thyronorm 75 to 50. After 3 months i did Thyrod profile test. TSH Value came 5.62 which was earlier 3.2 with thyronorm 75. Also LDL cholesterol has become 184 and HDL 38. Total 248. Rest Hb1ac is 5.5. b12 vit d all normal. Doctor advised to go back to thyronorm 75. Any suggestions about reducing LDL level?

The recommendation dose of linagliptin is 5 mg once daily. But my doctor prescribes trajenta duo 2.5/500 mg twice daily . Is it ok ?

Is Linagliptin plus metformin plus glimipiride  used as good option for second line treatment of diabetic patient?

I had lumps on my thigh so doctor prescribed me to test blood sugar level I tested my blood sugar count was some how 440 then I stopped eating rice and tea I started less chapati and start running After 5 days my blood sugar is 190 I don't have any symptoms of diabetes No urination no tiredness no dry mouth I don't know if I am diabetic or not Is it okay to have high blood sugar then go down I have no symptoms at all please answer my question what can be cause

Linagliptin 2.5 twice daily is same effective as linagliptin 5 mg once daily? is it more potent than other dpp4 inhavitors?is it true that  dpp4 is  modest effective while glimipiride is more effective. Which is best line treatment DPP4 or glimipiride?

Trajenta duo 2.5/ 500 at morning and amaryl M1 at night. But my pp level within 200 to 220. My age is 38. Is it ok??

I have tsh 1.99, currently using 50mcg thyroxine sodium... what should be the optimized dose now or shall I continue the same
