Testing Random blood sugars
Iam non diabetic , my RBS always near 100 at evening. But iam test sugars frequently, iam addicted to Regular sugar test due to anxiety.
Pls suggest how often check sugars in my situation .

Check Fasting blood sugar.
If it's high then check once in a week. If it's normal then check once in a month
