Bp and diabetic
My father age 55 sidden since to days he feels weakend below the details
His bp was happens up and down 189/111
and 170/100 now .and sugar is 381.
He using metformin and stamlo tab
Pls advice best tips and pls give me clarity how sugar will become down what we have to do now .
Can black tea and normal tea effect sugar increase pls ..

Your father sugars as well as BP are uncontrolled. So if both uncontrolled will have lot of symptoms like tiredness and weakness. So to control both most important is lifestyle changes like diet and exercise. Avoid salt and take adequate BP medicines. For diabetes check FBS PPBS HBA1c and consult. Just drinking tea dose not increase the sugars but if he adds sugar it will.
