High Tsh - normal ft4 and ft3
Hi , I have tsh value around 10-12 and have normal ft4 and ft3 values for the past two months tests . My doctor said i have thyroiditis TPo antibodies are present > 600 . Should I still take thyroxine pills or ignore as ft4 levels are normal in the range .

Tsh is high Tpo is positive Both indicates you need to start with levothyroxine medicines No doubt about it
