TSH level is 0.11 & Endometrium thickness is 17mm.Also HB 8.7. Heavy bleeding for 2 weeks.Now Ok after taking Texakind tablets(10 Number)

Last month i hv checked my vitamin d levels. It was very less. I want to know if i can get vitamin d when exposed to sunlight in the evening sun or it can be absorbed only in morning sun.
