I weigh 85.6 kg and have a height of 183 cm i wanted to know whether i may have a thyroid problem or not

Doc, I have been detected with hypothyroid 2.5 years ago and since then I have been on medication. Earlier, I had started with Eltroxin 25mg, which has now reached to 150mg. I have put on almost 20kgs of excess weight. I am really struggling to reduce it and also, I always feel tired and depressed. Also, have a lots of mood swings. I try to keep a check on diet and also, follow some exercise, as much as I can, but thats not regular for sure. Past some days I feel that my menses are also becoming irregular. Please advice me what to do

TSH 11.97uiu/ml & FREE T4 0.51 ng/dl - doctor has advised to take T.Thyronorm 125mcg (emty stomach) will this help my thyroid level to become normal?

Hi All, I have been through few tests FBS,PPBS, and Lipid profile tests. The results show presense of more sugar level then specificed. Can anyone please guide me how to control?is this any serious problem? Should I be more food conscious? I have attached the reports copy. Please help me out. Regards, Santosh
