Aimil BGR 34 for Diabetic
Can I use Aimil BGR 34 ayurvedic medicine research product of CSIR and jointly developed by CSIR-NBRI & CSIR-CIMAP for type 2 diabetes along with my regular insulin ?
If yes then how to take it and when ?
If not, why ? Since its ayurvedic does it have any side affects ? Any detail will be helpful.

Sugar levels are high.
My fathers has been suffering from Diabetes for about 20 yrs, the levels were always normal, nowadays levels are at two-hndrd fasting and 180 PP previously the med was Glizid M now the meds have changed and are Glycomet and Glycomorin, but they are not doing much, they reduced it by 10 points, please suggest a solution
