Diabetes- Vegetarian
I am a vegetarian and find it difficult to plan meals that include some kind of acceptable protein (I do eat eggs in foods, not alone, and all dairy). My diet is still too heavy on carbs - how can I reduce this and still feel satisfied, and get enough protein?

There are plenty of vegetarian foods with limited carbohydrates and good protein content.Consider seeing a well qualified dietitian for further dietary advise
