Sugar in fruits harmful?
I am not a diabetic but have recently hopped on health wagon. Just wanted to know if eating fruits is healthy or harmful if i want to avoid diabetes in future?

Eating fruits is healthy habit. I suggest 5 portions of fruit a day if possible.This should be complemented with healthy diet and regular physical exercise to maintain healthy body weight.
