Food and fruits for sugar patients
Hi Doctor, My uncle who is 68 years old is a sugar patient and he is getting loose motions. During such a situation, he should not eat fruits to control motion. What kind of food helps him to control loose motions and avoid sugar level spike. Thanks in advance.
