Fasting blood sugar 129
Postprandial blood sugar 161

More than or equal to 126 is diabetes
Post lunch sugar
Normal is less than 140
141 to 199 is prediabetes

Hi Varun a fasting of 129 and pp 161 can be managed with some changes in diet and exercise ..doesn't look like this would need medication.can guide you if u come for a consultation
