Diabetic father
My father drinks a lot, he is also diabetic. Will his drinking problem affect his diabetes. He has two-three drinks every night - whiskey and water.

Drinking Alcohol in moderation is acceptable. Alcohol is known to reduce blood glucose values, make sure adequate food / carbohydrates are consumed post drinking else it would result in hypoglycaemia , especially
when combined with medications ( oral / insulin )
