I am a type 2 diabetic who takes good care of my health and avoids any bad dietary habits...I am now planning to run for a 10k marathon. What precautions should i take to avoid any ill effects on my health?

sudden excursion may lead to devastating effects. Make sure you get a trainer to assist you. we may have to make certain changes with regards to medications , as excessive exertion may lead to dip in blood glucose levels, thereby kindly consult your Diabetologist
