Good to know , that you adapt a healthy life style practice. Make Sure , you get physical activity slowly graded over a period as sudden excursion may lead to devastating effects. Make sure you get a trainer to assist you. we may have to make certain changes with regards to medications , as excessive exertion may lead to dip in blood glucose levels, thereby kindly consult your Diabetologist
