I am a 72 year old diabetic patient and am taking allopathic medicines as prescribed by the doctor. Meanwhile I am used to taking Triphala churna tablets once daily to ease constipation without my diabetist's prescription. Is there any problem taking this triphala tablets in combination with diabetic medicines? Pls suggest alternative if any.

I have been diabetes for the last 12 years and was maintaining it with diet exercise and medicine . But due to injury in knee and shoulder i am not able to exercise. Now my sugar fasting 165 and pp 195 even after diet and medicine glyciphase sr 500 twice. I want to start insulin once a day and looking for valuable suggestions.
