My father's weight is low as compared to other people of same age .Today one doctor said that may be he is suffering from diabetes and after checking sugar level was 429 But no person of my family has diabetes from generation.He has no symptom of diabetes rather than weight loss. What should I do?

Constant thirst

I was having constant thirsts and urination so i meet our local doctor he told me to do a blood sugar test and i was thinking about diabetes. I am 21 years old with normal body i dont exercise daily. As i did the test i was 100% sure i have diabetes. My result came showing 102 fasting and 138 after meal. Am i pre-diabetic? what shoul i do?
