My mother 64/F has uncontrolled T2 DM . She is taking Janumet 50/1000 once daily which she takes after breakfast and if she takes it twice she has gi upset problem. Her Hb A1c is 11.4 and random blood glucose is 230 in morning after tea. Please suggest me a good alternative medicine.
