I am 16 years old and not having periods due to hormonal imbalance for past 4 months and I am taking medicine to overcome it but I am felling very stiffed from my lower part of the stomach reasons and how to overcome it

Hello doc , I had noticed severe hair fall recently and did thyroid test where tsh was 5.76 and t3 and t4 are normal . is my hair fall due to this elevated tsh ? What should I do now plz help?

My Ha1c report is 8.5,one doc has advised glycomet sr 500 with breakfast and dinner and the other has advised janumet 500, which one is it ok.
