I am 26 yr old overweight woman
After 8 hours gap from a heavy meal, my fasting blood sugar level is 190 on glucometer, I didnt have diabetes previously, and GTT is also normal when tested 1 year back. I Am trying to conceive.. Please give advice.. Am i Diabetic?

Fasting sugar level of 190 is very high. You should get your HbA1C and fasting PP sugars done again. Diabetes in pregnancy is a delicate situation and needs to be managed very strictly. U should not conceive until your HbA1C is below 6.5 preferably below 6 and fasting is below 90 and 2 hr PP is below 120.
Remember a good glycemic control is a must during first few weeks of pregnancy when the embryo is formed.
