My fasting blood sugar shows 107 reading ..is it diabetic condition.what is pre-diabetes..please confirm

This reading falls in normal range. But if you’ve family history of type 2 diabetes/ obesity/ Hypertension or any other feature which makes you high risk of getting type 2 diabetes you must check post lunch sugar and HbA1c too.
