Couple of the earlier health checkup tests have indicated higher blood sugar levels than normal. 160-170 at fasting levels. What tests should I get done again before visiting a specialist to avoid many visits. Fasting, PP, HB 1ac ? Enough or something else is recommended as well.

TSH is 11.56, no menses from 5 months. feeling heavy only spotting on 9th August for two to three days

I have slight headaches, palpitations, often the heart is pounding so strongly that it is hard for me to fall asleep, I can't do many exercises, as after that I feel chest pain, uncontrollable shaking, adrenaline rush, getting out of breath. I don't have diabetes or heart problems, but something causes this. Could it be adrenaline/cortisol level?

57/Male Family History of DM and HTN present in mother Was diagnosed with HTN in 1999,since then on anti hypertensive medications,presently on TELVAS -AM Was diagnosed with DM in 2003,initially was on Metformin for couple of years,then sulfonylureas,then comination of these drugs In 2016,my HBA1c was around 9 and was started on insulin Now weakness

High sugar average 250. Fingers of their foot have bent and nails are hitting to ground. What shall we do and whom to contact. Who is specialist for same. She is having difficulties in walking now.

Right now I am using Exobit-MF 0.3(Voglibose and Metformin Hydrochloride) before breakfast , but those tablets are not getting in Bangalore, can you please suggest me which tablets can substitute the above mentioned tablets.
