Sir. My sugar level is 250 in fasting some times reduces n some times increase .200 to 250 regularly. Now i am using amaryl mforte 1mg. Please suggest me the new medicine.n i also use karela juice n jamun juice. N some weakness felling

The sugar levels are very high. Detailed history and review of lab reports and previous prescriptions would be needed to chose the best drug for you. Going by limited information provided by you I would advise you to make the tablet twice a day.
