I have numbness, a tingling, burning or prickling feeling in the feet and legs. I am having tablets for sugar and BP

The symptoms are most likely due to diabetic peripheral neuropathy. You need to control the blood sugars well. Drugs like amitriptyline, pregabalin can be tried for relief from the symptoms. Detailed history and lab reports would be needed to provide a specific prescription
