Numbness tingling vibration if lay down
I am t2 diebetic i am facing problem like mid day fatigue and when i lay down my whole hands feets feel like numb or tingling vibration with sweating but as soon i wake up its gets normal. my sugar at that moment is 130. my sugar values are under 180 pp and under 125 fasting. I also having energy crash like sometimes feels high energy and suddenly low kind, I am taking dapa 5mg morning and sitaday 50/500 mg at night, zincovit syrup and weekly lumia 60k tablets . I want some help from the community.
