I have been diagnosed with under active thyroid. As in every 6 month I need to go for regular check up. T3 - 0.93 T4 - 9.70 TSH - 6.59

You need to keep your Tsh levels between 1to2 mu/dl. To stabilise Tsh initially Tsh is done every 6 weeks until stable then twice or thrice a year. Need to titrate dose of Thyroxine to achieve this.
