Hello doc, I had blood test was detected tsh 5.75 ten days ago. I  had blood test for tsh two days before I got viral fever. at that time tsh value was 2.03 . I again got it retested after two days the value was 1.55 at that time I had viral fever 101 . Is there any chances that viral fever changes the tsh value drastically for short time ?

Sickness can cause sick euthyroid syndrome in which TSH levels are normal but T3 can go down. In your case TSH levels are changing which is not possible because it takes 6 weeks for TSH values to change significantly. You should repeat it from a reliable lab only after 6 weeks. Moreover the values aren't high enough to be worried.
