Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Every year I catch common cold or viral fever or something of that sorts twice or thrice. I know that in western countries there's a flu shot available. Is there anything like that in India? If yes what is it called and where is it available? If not, what are the alternatives?

Hi Doctor i am male, 23 years of age facing an issue of cluttering. i speak so fast that listeners are unable to get what i had said. I always get feed back to slow down my pace but i unable to do that. Also there are some specific words which i am not able to speak clearly. Now it had started impacting my career as well. What should i do, Is it really a disease or can be something else i.e. lack of communication skills. Also what would be cost of medical procedures, if any Kindly Help.

Hi, Am from Chennai. Last few weeks i had severe headache, cold and soar throat. I took a CT scan as adviced by the doctor and it was diagonised that i have a sphenoid sinusitis. The doctor said that i have some fluid below the nose and the nose bone close to the left eye is bent. He also said surgery might be required for this. I thought of having a second opinion on this. Can you please provide me more info on this? And is this major surgery as i read somewhere that Sphenoid sinusitis location is close to the eyes.? Whats the approximate cost of the surgery and post surgery complications?

I have got sinus since many years. Also it has started with bronchitis. Doctors gave me medicine i.e. inhalers- combihale and nasal drops-Nosikind and Duonase. i get sneezing and congestion in chest whenever i eat something cold and sneezing is everytime. When i take these medicines i get instant relief from sneezing and congestion but it happens again if i dont take these medicines. is there any permanent cure or i have to take these medicines life long??

I m always hearing a high pitched sound in my left ear. It has been 3 or 4 months since I have this problem. Its irritating and is audible at nights before sleeping. I m a musician and so i was a consistant user of headphones but now I have stopped the use of it. Now a days any loud sound feels too loud and I'm not able to bear any loud sounds for e.g. the whistle of a pressure cooker. Please help me some sort of advice.

I'm badly snoring. Even if i don't open my mouth. I think, my tongue is falling backward and blocking my airflow. I tried sleeping in different position but no use. My friends sleeping next to me are saying its very louder. Which doctor should i see for this?

For the past few months I am experiencing cough and cold that won't go. It is not severe but it is not completely gone either. Also, sometimes I see a little blood in the cough especially in the morning while brushing and tongue cleaning. The gag reflex while tongue cleaning causes the cough to come out and that sometimes contains very tiny amount of blood. I do smoke regularly.
